The usual substitutions (x=r·cos(θ), y=r·sin(θ)) will give
  x² + y² = 6x +7y
Completing the square gives
  (x² -6x +9) + (y² -7y +49/4) = 9 +49/4
  (x -3)² +(y -3.5)² = 21.25
