70 ÷ -5 = -14

Remember to always put the bigger number first when dividing

The answer is -0.071429 or -0.1 if you'd like it simplified.

Here's what I did:

First, I took away the (-) sign. Then, I did 5/70, which came out to be 0.071424. After that I just re-added my (-). Keep in mind you cannot just do that for ALL cases, however we were able to in this instance.
