Gallium doesn't have a roman numeral since it's a normal/simple metal.

Answer:

Roman numerals are used in the nomenclature of inorganic compounds. They are needed when more than one possible oxidation states are present in the cation; for example, there are Iron(II) and Iron(III). But Gallium has only one oxidation states (+3), so it isn't necessary the use of roman numerals.
