Multiplying a number by 10 simply means to add a 0 at the end of the number, or to shift the decimal separator one unit to the right. So, for example,

[tex] 3 \cdot 10 = 30,\ -152 \cdot 10 = -1520,\ 25.467 \cdot 10 = 254.67 [/tex]

So, in your case, you have to add a 0 at the end of 6000, obtaining

[tex] 6000 \cdot 10 = 60000 [/tex]
