i.e. if flour is 123 cups no of cupcakes that can be made = 114x 12 = 1368

For 1 cup how many cupcakes?

i.e. when cup reduces no of cupcakes also will decrease.

This relation is directly proportional.

Hence answer = 1x1368/123 =11.1219

Approximately 11 cupcakes Rashida can prepare
