The point-slope form:

[tex]y-y_1=m(x-x_1)[/tex]

We have:

[tex]slope:m=\dfrac{4}{3}[/tex]

[tex]the\ point\ (-2,\ 11)\to x_1=-2,\ y_1=11[/tex]

SubstituteL

[tex]y-11=\dfrac{4}{3}(x-(-2))\\\\\boxed{y-11=\dfrac{4}{3}(x+2)}[/tex]
