The Olmec civilization later influenced other Mesoamrican
civilizations such as the Aztecs and the Mayas.
Their culture such as religion, pyramids, pilgrimage, ball courts,
sacrifice, chocolate and tall structures would later be adopted by other
civilizations in Mesoamerica. It
extended as far as Nicaragua.
