Cause and effect writing mode can include the causes of a particular historical event and its possible long term effects.
In problem and solution writings, the purpose is to identify a problem and then discuss the possible remedies or solutions for this problem.
Description writing mode is about how you handle a particular topic and how you describe each step perfectly.
