The electronic structure of a sodium atom can be written 2,8,1. a) Write the electronic structure of a potassium atom in the same way.

Respuesta :

Answer = 2,8,8,1

Since Potassium is the 19th element in the periodic table, the numbers in the electronic structure should add upto 19. The first number can always only be 2. Then all other batches of numbers can be 8 or less than 8. 2+8= 10
10+8= 18
18+1= 19.
