given :-

p(t) = 3t^2 - 5t - 7

g(t) = t - 5

=> t = 5

on putting values..

p(5) = 3(5)² + 5(5) - 7

= 3(25) + 25 - 7

= 75 - 18

= 57

hence, the remainder is 57.

D. 57 is the correct option
