It’s known for the flight on flight response. It’s the reaction from the activation of the sympathetic nervous system which kicks into action while the blood pressure rises. So forth your heart rates starts to rapidly increase making breathing harder and shallow. The point of this is to quickly deliver nutrients to the muscles so that they can contract, controlling our body actions
