From the way I understand the question it would seem that a value of 50 or above is acceptable so I wrote the inequality as y \geq 12x+5 to represent the equation and I simply went up in the possible variables of (x)
The closest answer to 50 that I obtained was 53 because x=4 by simply substituting values in. With this [tex]y \geq 12(4)+5[/tex] which goes onto [tex]y \geq 48+5[/tex] which ends up as [tex]y \geq53[/tex]
