                                  C1    =   50 units/ml,  V1= 500ml

Number of units per ml available= 10000/10

so for 25000 units to be in the solution

              25000/1000

from the formula C1V1=C2V2 to make dilutions

                          50*500= 1000* V2

                   V2=  50*500/1000

                        =   25 ml

25 ml of heparin will be needed to add in the IV bag.
