I believe the answer is 142 degrees.

38 degrees and 7 are adjacent, meaning adding them up will get you 180 degrees. 180-38=142, so 7 is 142.

Number 7 and 5 are corresponding, so they are equal.

This means that 5 is 142 degrees.
