b => base => 40 cm

h => altitude => 30 cm

A = h*b/2

h=b-10

600=(b-10)b/2

600 = (b^2-10b)/2

1200=b^2-10b

b^2-10b-1200=0

(b-40)(b+30)=0

b=40 cm

h=b-10 = 40-10=30
