The answer is false. The sentence “please accept this cookie I made you” needs a capitalized letter at the beginning of the statement, and there isn’t a period at the end of the sentence. Additionally, instead of saying “I made you” it is more common to say “that I baked”

Here is how I would write the sentence, although modifications can be made:

Please accept this cookie that I baked.
