A government ruled by members of the same party is enormously imbalanced, but it also has some small benefits:
- everybody has the same general agreement
- everybody has the same general beliefs
- logically, disagreement reduces tremendously
- discussions on other parties
- might lead to adjustments and tweaks in their own parties due to the fact the whole dam United States of America is ruled under the same party
