England was outraged and started taxing, and forcing more laws onto the Americans to make them conform and stick with England. England saw this choice as betrayal, George III sent many of them over there and when they decided to rebel George III was fuming.
George Washington gathered a rag tag militia to fight against England’s strong navy & army.
