A forensic DNA report consists of samples that have been tested along with a short description of procedures that took place. The three things you should interpret as a result are a match, non-match, or an in-conclusive sample. A match obviously means that the sample was consistent with what was obtained. A non-match means that the sample wasn't consistent and an in-conclusive sample means it was either of poor quality or there wasn't enough to be tested.
