50*1.5 = 75
I don't know if it wants how many MORE minutes it wants or in total. The whol 6 miles will take 75 minutes (1hour 15 mins) but the two miles between 4 and 6 would be (75-50) = 25 minutes
Use the equation speed=distance/time:
For 4 miles in 50mins:
Convert 50mins to hours: 0.833
So: 4/0.833 =  4.802miles per hour

Rearrange s=d/t for t:
t=d/s
Using speed you worked out and distance you have:
t=6/4.802=1.25hours
