x=-5/2
First, to solve this I’m going to multiply (x+3)(x+4) and (x+1)(x+2).
You get x^2 + 7x + 12 = x^2 + 3x + 2
I want to get x on only one side so I subtract
x^2+3x+2
4x+10=0
I subtract 10 from both sides
4x=-10
Then divide each side by 4
x=-5/2
