b + 2c = 2.75

2b+3c-b-2c=4.75-2.75
b+c=2

But, b+2c=2.75
So, b+2c-b-c=2.75-2
c=0.75

Put this value in 2nd eqn,
b+2*0.75=2.75
b+1.5=2.75
b=1.25.
