y + 18 = a(x + 3)^2
0 + 18 = a(0 + 3)^2
18 = 9a
2 = a

y = 2(x + 3)^2 - 18
0 = 2(x + 3)^2 - 18
18 = 2(x + 3)^2
9 = (x + 3)^2
± 3 = x + 3
-3 ± 3 = x
x = 0 or -6
