I'm not really sure what it is you want us to do. Indicative form, as opposed to subjunctive mood, is used most of the time in the English language. Here, the indicative forms would be forsake, walked, will have been eating, and had let, because choosing is a participle, and I'm not sure whether it can be placed into the indicative forms. Would study is subjunctive. To be is infinitive form.
Hope this helps.
