The slope to this equation would rise 1 and run 3 starting at 4 on the y axis. In other words go up 1 and to the right 3 for each point you put down.

Answer:

slope = [tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex]

Step-by-step explanation:

The equation of a line in slope- intercept form is

y = mx + c ( m is the slope and c the y- intercept )

y = [tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex] x + 4 ← is in slope- intercept form

with slope m = [tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex]
