M1V1 = M2V2
M1 = 0.100 M NaOH
V1 = 14.8 mL NaOH
M2 = ?
V2 = 25.0 mL HCl

(0.100 M)(14.8 mL) = M2(25.0 mL)

M2 = 0.0592 M HCl
