To convert from mass concentration to molar concentration we use the formula;

Mass concentration = molar concentration * molar mass

Molar concentration of Na2SO4 = 0.700 M

Molar mass of Na2SO4  = 2(23) + 32 + 4(16) = 142 gmol-1

Hence;

Mass concentration = 0.700 M * 142 gmol-1

Mass concentration = 99.4 g/mol
