So:   720 -600 = 120

120 for two years makes   120/2 = 60 in a year .  

60 from 600 is   600/60 = 10  

Interest is  10 %  

If interest in 2% more, then it's 12%.  

I'm sure you can count 12% simple interest for two years, so I let you try.
