First find the slope (8-1)/(5+2)=1
The plug one of the ordered pairs and the slope into the point slope formula.

y-y1=m(x-x1) where m is the slope and (x1,y1) is the ordered pair.
y-8=1(x-5)
y-1=1(x+2
