This seems to be a Social Studies lesson in the Philippines. As far as my knowledge in Filipino is concerned, hoping that I will be able to answer. Physical Law(?) strengthens the economy of the country by having rules and regulations that are stable and consistent. It will be a good measurement to see to it that these might help the economy.
