y= -3/5x - 2       Add -3/5x to both sides
3/5x +y= -2        Multiply both sides by 5 because 5 is the denominator.
                        By multiplying by 5 you can cancel out and make it a real number.
5(3/5x +y) = -2(5)

   3x + 5y= -10  is the answer.
