Let's see the formula

[tex]\\ \sf\longmapsto F=G\dfrac{Mm}{r^2}[/tex]

  • r is the distance
  • G is gravitational constant
  • M is mass of earth
  • m is mass of object.

Hence

[tex]\\ \sf\longmapsto F\propto \dfrac{1}{r}[/tex]

  • If distance is more force is less .
  • If distance is less force is more.
