D. The number of justices on the Supreme Court is set in the Constitution. I don't know I have tried
C is wrong because  You don't need a degree to practice law as a Legal Executive , D is wrong because I don't think it is set y the constitution , B is very obvious its wrong  because the senate give the advice on who is the best pick.
I’m going to go with A although technically they aren’t elected. They are appointed by the president and then either confirmed or rejected by the Senate. The House has no say in appointments to the cabinet Supreme Court or really any office
