Rule of occupation refers to a set of temporary rules that created by domestic armed forces when an area of a nation is taken over by the force of others.
During this situation, the usual law/constitution will not be applicable and the civilians will be required to wait for further instructions from government officials (usually because they're used as a token for agreements)
