Well if you follow the basic equation of y=mx+b, you will see the slope which is 1/2 is rise over run, and you will plot the point (0,-7) and then go up 1 over to the right two and that is your second point which would be (-6,2), and if you wanted to plot a third point you would again go up 1 over to the right 2.
