L * W = 30
2L + 2W = 34
L = (30/W)
2(30/W) + 2W = 34
60/W + 2W = 34

Multiply by w to clear the denominator. Bring to one side since it will a quadratic.
60 + 2W^2 -34W = 0
2W*2 -34W + 60 = 0
Factor.
2(w^2 -17w + 30)= 0
2(w-15)(w-2)=0
w=15, w= 2
2(15) + 2(2)= 34 perimeter
15 * 2 = 30 area
Dimensions are 15 x 2
