1. Solve for y in 3x=y+2
3x=y+2
3x-2=y
y=3x-2

2. Substitute y=3x-2 into -2y=1-3x
-2(3x-2)=1-3x

3. Solve for x in -2(3x-2)=1-3x
-6x+4=1-3x
4=1-3x+6x
4=1+3x
3=3x
x=1

4. Substitute x=1 into y=3x-2
y=3*1-2
y=1

5. Therefore,
x=1
y=1

Have a nice day :D
