The lawmaking process can be incredibly time-consuming because the bill must pass through the House of Representatives, the Senate, and it must be ratified by the president. The president also has the power to veto the bill, which can make the process much longer.

Law Making can be very time consuming because people need to make sure that it is equally fair for everyone. Plus it takes time to get people to agree with it and to look over it an make it official.
