If we are going to simplify the first number by dividing the given numerator by the denominator, we will get an answer of -5. This number and the second one are examples of rational number for they can be easily expressed as quotient of two number. However, the third one is irrational due to the repeating number 7 after the decimal point. Therefore, the answer is the third choice.
