What is the molarity of a solution containing 56 grams of solute in 959 mL of solution?

Molarity refers to the MOLES of solute per litre of solvent. We're given a volume of solvent, but a mass of solute. We need to convert mass to moles, and the way to do that is using the molar mass of the solute. This question can't be answered unless we know the molar mass of the solute.
