It is called the conflict resolution system. It is where it tries to solve the conflict, slowing down the disagreements or slowly dispersing it, in order to solve it. This promotes peace and would most likely make the disagreements resolve quickly and to look for a better solution to the problems that the parties or the individual is experiencing.
