The statement above is TRUE. Reproduction issues are not  private matter between sexual partners because they have to discuss together on these issues, since it affect the two of them. Take the issue of child bearing for instance, a man and a woman has to decide on the number of children they want and the time at which they will be born. They have to agree on the type of family planing to use to prevent pregnancy.
