the second kkk was formed around the years following WW2. They mostly targeted minorities and immigrants, however, they did lynch a couple of people. Contributions to this kkk was because of repression of the economy, and the peoples thoughts that whites were more superior. Another factor can be that african americans were taking over jobs that were usually held by whites, and the white's want it back
