Answer: choice A) -3/2

---------------------------
---------------------------
(0,4) is the first point, so,
x1 = 0
y1 = 4

(4,-2) is the second point, so,
x2 = 4
y2 = -2

Use the slope formula to get
m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
m = (-2-4)/(4-0)
m = (-6)/(4)
m = -3/2

Side Note: The slope of -3/2 means we go down 3 and over to the right 2
(slope = rise/run = -3/2, so rise = -3 and run = 2)
