I think you mean "Find the equation" for the graph
that includes those points.

Here's one that works.  I won't bore you with the explanation
of how I found it, because I'm pretty sure you copied the points
wrong.  But this equation does go through those points:

       Y = -15.5 X² + 61.5 X - 47
