I'd recommend making a picture with arrows showing the process. Like this: for identifying the problem, you can do someone pondering. For explore, someone surfing the web. For design, someone drawing something. For create, draw someone physically putting together things and making a product. For try it out, show somebody testing it (example:if the object was a paper airplane the person would throw it). For make it better, draw someone improving the object. Remember to link them all with arrows showing the steps. Hope this helped.
