0.3x = 0.2 - 0.2x

0.5x = 0.2

x =0.2/0.5 = 2/5

Let's go through this.
First, we can add 0.2x to both sides, in efforts to get all the x's on one side.
That gets us:
0.5x = 0.2.
Finally, we just divide both sides by 0.5 to isolate x, and that will give us 0.4
