Well we know Slope Intercept Form is change in y over change in x. So y-5/7-2. So we need a slope of 2/3 we have y-5/5. So know we need to make both fractions equivalent so 2/3=10/15 and y-5/5=y-5/15. Now we know that y-5 has to equal 10 so what subtracted by 5 is 10 yup 15.

Answer: y=15

15-5/15
