First, lets start off with the whole number (5).
10-5 = 5

Now for the [tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex]

10-[tex] \frac{2}{3} [/tex] = 9[tex] \frac{1}{3} [/tex]

9[tex] \frac{1}{3} [/tex] - 5 = 4[tex] \frac{1}{3} [/tex]
