What the difference between lifestyle factors and risk factors?

Lifestyle factors are habits where you: i.e. have good health and exercise; etc.
Risk factors are habits where you: i.e. eat junk food often; are likely to get a disease, diabetes, or any other disease; are overweight; overeat; etc.
